By downloading, installing, or using the ActorCue application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Taylor Simmons ("we," "us," or "our").
ActorCue is a virtual line reader and scene partner application designed for actors, content creators, streamers, and performers. The App uses speech recognition technology to detect user-defined cue words and deliver lines via text-to-speech or audio playback. The App operates on Apple iOS devices.
ActorCue offers a free tier limited to four (4) lines per scene. Unlimited line creation requires an active ActorCue Pro subscription.
New subscribers may be eligible for a three (3) day free trial of ActorCue Pro. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically renew and your Apple ID will be charged at the applicable monthly rate. Only one free trial is permitted per Apple ID.
ActorCue Pro is billed at $5.99 USD per month (or the equivalent in your local currency as determined by Apple). Pricing may vary by region and is subject to change in accordance with App Store policies.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your device’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except as required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable.
If you purchase a subscription before the end of a free trial period, any unused portion of the trial will be forfeited.
